Founder & Executive Director
Ashley is the visionary behind MSEC. With a heart for community and a passion for youth empowerment, she launched the organization to create real opportunities for leadership, growth, and change. She brings both fire and focus to the mission.
Eddie Johnson
Program Coordinator
Eddie helps shape MSEC’s strategic direction while staying rooted in what matters most: youth voice and vision. He’s also committed to helping young people build confidence, communication skills, and real-world leadership.
Tanya Morrow
Community Engagement Lead
Tanya is the connector. She builds relationships with families, schools, and local partners to make sure MSEC stays grounded in community needs. Her warmth and passion drive every event she touches.
